1. Service Overview

Rajput Travel India provides 24/7 car rental services in Kolkata and surrounding areas including Salt Lake, New Town, Howrah, and outstation destinations.

2. Service Areas

Kolkata city and all major areas
Salt Lake (Bidhannagar) and New Town
Howrah Station and surrounding areas
Kolkata Airport (CCU) transfers
Outstation trips to Digha, Mandarmani, Darjeeling, and other destinations

Important: Additional Charges

The following charges are EXTRA and NOT included in the base fare:

Toll Charges: All highway and bridge tolls
Parking Fees: Airport, mall, and venue parking charges
State Taxes: Inter-state taxes as applicable
Driver Allowance: For outstation trips exceeding 12 hours

3. Booking Terms

Advance booking recommended for guaranteed availability
Payment can be made in cash or through online methods
Driver details and vehicle information shared before trip
Minimum booking duration: 2 hours for local trips
Outstation bookings require advance payment

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup and drop locations
Be available at scheduled pickup time
Treat driver and vehicle with respect
No smoking or alcohol consumption in vehicles
Report any issues immediately to customer support

5. Vehicle & Driver Standards

All vehicles are well-maintained and regularly serviced
Comprehensive insurance coverage on all vehicles
Professional drivers with valid licenses
GPS tracking for safety and route optimization
24/7 customer support during trips

6. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
50% charges for cancellations between 12-24 hours
No refund for cancellations under 12 hours
Emergency cancellations considered on case-by-case basis

7. Liability & Insurance

All vehicles covered under comprehensive insurance
Customer safety is our top priority
Company not liable for personal belongings left in vehicle
Damage to vehicle due to customer negligence will be charged

8. Pricing & Payment

Transparent pricing with no hidden charges
Base fare covers vehicle, driver, and fuel
Additional charges clearly communicated before booking
Payment due as per agreed terms
GST applicable as per government regulations

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through direct communication. For unresolved issues, the matter will be subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
