1. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Rajput Travel India offers the following refund structure for car bookings in Kolkata:

Cancellation Time Refund Amount

24+ hours before trip 100% Refund

12-24 hours before trip 50% Refund

Under 12 hours No Refund

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for booking.

3. Service Areas Covered

This refund policy applies to all bookings for:

Local trips within Kolkata city
Airport transfers to/from Kolkata Airport (CCU)
Howrah Station pickups and drops
Salt Lake and New Town area services
Outstation trips to Digha, Mandarmani, and Darjeeling

4. Emergency Cancellations

In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider special refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately with supporting documentation.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

For cancellations due to severe weather conditions or government restrictions affecting travel in Kolkata and surrounding areas, full refunds will be provided regardless of timing.

Refund requests must be made through official channels (phone/email)
Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from refund amount
Bank transfer charges are borne by the customer
Refunds are processed only for advance payments made to Rajput Travel India
